This top floor apartment in a Spanish mission-style building in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs underwent a stunning transformation. The client's initial intention was to renovate the property and live in it for the short term. So enamoured are they with the results they now cannot imagine ever leaving. 

Sun drenches the apartment which plays host to sweeping harbour views from the living and dining area. The aim of the project was to work with the original features of the 1928 penthouse, embracing the deco feel, marrying the old and new.
